Which should you pick?
For a team, they cost the same. Both are $20 a person a month on the yearly plan, or $25 month to month. Both start at 2 people, and Claude's Team plan stops at 150.
Neither trains on your team's chats by default. Claude Pro and ChatGPT Plus both do unless you opt out, so keep work on the team plans.
Pick Claude if your clients ask for ISO 27001. Claude has it on Team, along with ISO 42001. ChatGPT has its ISO certificates only on Enterprise.
Pick ChatGPT if you want to decide how long chats are kept. Your admins can set that on Business. On Claude's Team plan, chats stay until someone deletes them.
